Congratulations to PIKO Year 1 Pilot Investigator, Dr. Kelsie Okamura, for publishing her pilot project, “’Allowing Space for Voice…All Our Voices’: Understanding Ho‘ouna Pono Implementation Through Educational Leadership Perspectives in Rural Hawai‘i Schools,” in School Mental Health. Her paper uses concept mapping to examine implementation barriers for a culturally grounded substance use prevention program (Ho‘ouna Pono).
